Most dive centers on Kri, Arborek, and Waisai can reach Blue Magic via short boat trips. This proximity makes it easy to combine with other dive sites in the strait, such as Sardine Reef or Cape Kri, which are also known for their high density of fish.

Another reason is the constant current, which nourishes the corals and concentrates large numbers of fish. Schools of fusiliers, jacks, and barracudas move continuously around the reef, while groupers, sharks, and rays circulate among them. Best time to dive in Blue Magic Raja Ampat
Blue Magic can be dived year-round, but the best conditions are usually between October and April. During these months, the sea is more stable and visibility tends to be greater. This is also the period when oceanic manta rays are most frequent in various parts of the strait.
Between May and September, there can be more wind and swell, which mainly affects boat trips. Even so, local dive centers usually operate year-round and know the most sheltered areas.
