Description

The Kira Kira liveaboard is an ideal choice for travelers who prioritize diving experiences over luxury while exploring Indonesia’s top dive sites like Raja Ampat, Komodo, and the Banda Sea.

Launched in 2014, this 22-meter phinisi accommodates only up to 8 guests in 4 cabins—2 twin and 2 double—featuring natural ventilation and solid teak interiors. Guests share 2 modern bathrooms, ensuring comfort while sailing.

The boat’s design emphasizes eco-friendliness, powered by solar energy to minimize emissions and operational noise, as all electricity on board is run entirely from solar power.

Kira Kira provides a very relaxed atmosphere thanks to their amazing crew, with ample space on the dive deck and a newly renovated indoor saloon for unwinding after dives.

Diving from Kira Kira offers an intimate experience, focusing on personalized service and small groups. Guests can also take advantage of onboard snorkeling gear and kayaks during breaks between dives.

Guests can enjoy family-style meals that blend Indonesian traditional and fusion cuisines, complete with freshly baked bread and post-dive treats.

Committed to conservation, Kira Kira implements reef-safe diving practices, including detailed environmental briefings and a strict no-touch policy to protect marine life.

At Karang Travel, we believe an 11-day liveaboard trip on Kira Kira is ideal for experiencing the best of Raja Ampat at a leisurely pace. However, shorter trips are also available; please contact us for a detailed proposal tailored to your needs.
